• Shipping times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns Policy

We want every customer to feel confident when ordering from Elevated LLC. If you need to request a return, please review the policy below:

• Returns must be initiated within 15 business days of receiving your product.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
• Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return or refund.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue resulted from an error on our end.
